Cavalier Produce is a locally owned wholesale distribution company. We’ve recently relocated to our new facility in the Ferncliff area of Louisa County. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Drivers/Customer Service Representatives (5:00am to 4:00pm)
Position makes wholesale deliveries on an assigned delivery route using company vehicles, loads and unloads product, processes paperwork, collects payment on C.O.D. accounts, and performs various warehouse duties as directed by management. Provides excellent customer service to all customers and represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience driving a box size truck (or larger) required. CDL not required, but it is a plus. Must be available to work any days, including weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly while loading/unloading truck and delivering to customers. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and be the face of Cavalier Produce to our clients.

Warehouse / Repack Associates 3rd Shift (8:30pm to 5:00am)
Position pulls product in order to orders per Company Standards and procedures, loads trucks, receives, stocks, rotates and distributes warehouse products as well as maintains warehouse in accordance with company policy. Possess desire to exceed customers’ expectations.

Some relative experience with order fulfillment, preferably within a warehouse environment; forklift and pallet jack certified is preferred; good English reading skills, plus good verbal communications skills; and a strong attention to detail required. Must be available to work any night, including weekends. Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (various temps as low as 34 degrees, lift up to 50 lbs regularly as well as stand regularly for up to 6 hours at a time on hard surfaces.
